Role Overview:
We are in search of an Inclusive Learning Lecturer to enhance our Inclusive Learning department.

The wellbeing and safeguarding of our learners are paramount, and as an Inclusive Learning Lecturer, your role will involve delivering education, training, and skills development within a secure environment.

Your responsibilities will include delivering project-based literacy and numeracy through social enterprise mini-business initiatives, enrichment activities, and preparation for work experience, focusing on OCN units at the Entry level.

In addition to the vocational and practical elements of the Digital Skills course, emphasis will be placed on fostering students' independence and confidence.

Students will engage with the Functional Skills or RARPA programme for Maths and English.


The selected candidate will ensure that our Special Education Needs and Disability learners receive comprehensive support throughout their educational journey with Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College.

You will collaborate with an experienced Manager and work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service and experiences for our learners.


The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching students with severe learning and communication challenges, including those with ASD who may be non-verbal.

Experience in cultivating and managing professional relationships with learners' parents/carers, external agencies, and departmental leadership is also essential.

Proficiency in managing multiple projects, maintaining accurate records, handling sensitive information, and upholding confidentiality is required.
