We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Ayr Clinic. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions and promote recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the needs of service users.
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions, including group and individual sessions, to promote physical and mental well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to service users, carers, and other disciplines to promote understanding and empowerment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services, ensuring alignment with Priory Group's policies and procedures.
- BSc Hons or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and accreditation by the HCPC and full RCOT membership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centered principles.
