We are seeking an ambitious and successful individual to become the next MINI Brand Manager at Sytner Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of the entire MINI sales operation. Your primary objective will be to lead from the front and inspire a fantastic team of colleagues, including Sales Executives and Business Managers, to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise opportunities to meet sales and profit targets
  • Effectively manage enquiries and ensure optimum stock of MINI Approved used/new cars is available at all times
  • Coach and mentor individuals and team competence to further the department's success
