Job Title: Sales Advisor

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of our esteemed brands, XLN for Small Business, and contribute to the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with businesses through inbound and outbound sales calls, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on their needs.
  • Nurture relationships with UK-based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing, adapting to changing sales campaigns or selling additional products.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position products and services.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and account information, adhering to company policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in Telecommunications, energy, or merchant services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
  • Negotiation/objection handling skills, with a strong sense of initiative and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency in using CRM systems and MS Office is highly desirable.
