Key Responsibilities- Risk Oversight: Provide proactive and effective oversight of our technology risk management frameworks, methodologies, processes, assurance, remediation, and reporting activities.
- Technology Risk Register Management: Manage and work ownership of the Technology Risk Register, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Risk Remediation: Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize pragmatic and efficient remediation activities in relation to risk and control issues.
- Risk Management: Manage and continually improve Three UK's risk profile, ensuring it remains aligned with our business objectives.
- Risk Communication: Provide technology risk subject matter expertise to business stakeholders and communicate the risk environment to management through dashboards and KPIs.
- Risk Education and Awareness: Support ongoing education and awareness activities around agreed risk management frameworks and governance across the company.
- Compliance: Support compliance activities, including detailed security audits of our capabilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Team Player: Excellent team player who can help and support others.
- Best Practice Frameworks: Experience of best practice frameworks (ITIL/COBIT).
- Process Management: Process management and driving continuous improvement.
- Communication: Ability to gather, analyze, and present information in business terms for management and leadership consumption.
