- People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Industry Insight: Knowledge of the construction industry and technical sales is a bonus, but the ability to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities is a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software, using it to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Flexible & Mobile: Comfortable with hybrid working, spending three days in our office and two days working from home, and willing to travel as needed.
