Job Title: Complaints Handler

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our team at Michelle Denny Recruitment. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to customer complaints, investigating issues, and delivering prompt and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints through various channels.
  • Analyse complaints thoroughly and liaise with multiple departments.
  • Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Record keeping effectively for correspondence with customers and departments.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends in customer complaints and provide feedback to relevant departments for process improvements.
  • Respond to social media inquiries to turn customer experiences around.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to have challenging conversations internally and externally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to customer service and complaint handling.
