Key Responsibilities:
- Select subcontractors and define the scope of services.
- Allocate work effectively.
- Monitor and manage project costs diligently.
- Identify potential risks associated with the project and assess the probability of cost variations.
- Evaluate completed work and facilitate payments to subcontractors.
- Act as a liaison among site managers, project managers, site engineers, and clients.
- Conduct cost analyses for ongoing repair and maintenance tasks.
- Provide guidance on any unresolved contractual claims.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications.
