Key Responsibilities:

  • Select subcontractors and define the scope of services.
  • Allocate work effectively.
  • Monitor and manage project costs diligently.
  • Identify potential risks associated with the project and assess the probability of cost variations.
  • Evaluate completed work and facilitate payments to subcontractors.
  • Act as a liaison among site managers, project managers, site engineers, and clients.
  • Conduct cost analyses for ongoing repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide guidance on any unresolved contractual claims.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience within the construction sector.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications.
