Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A strong background in business development and key account management within industrial engineering sectors (energy, chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, hydrogen).
  • A minimum of twelve years of experience, preferably in an engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project delivery with a focus on Health & Safety and Risk Management.
  • Ensuring technical excellence and cost control throughout project lifecycles.
  • Managing contractual obligations and overseeing program management.
  • Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams, including third-party suppliers such as architects and MEP professionals.
  • Building and maintaining strong internal relationships with engineering teams.
  • Developing and nurturing internal and external networks for business growth.
  • Ensuring operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with senior management to define growth strategies.
  • Managing key client relationships and enhancing the technical capabilities of the engineering team.
  • Mentoring and motivating team members.
  • Participating in industry conferences and seminars.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and identify engagement opportunities.
