Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner at Cotswold Farm Park. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and condition of all public areas to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Indoor Area Cleaning:

  • Ensure all public areas are clean and tidy, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning toilet and baby change facilities.
  • Empty litterbins and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site.

Outdoor Area Cleaning:

  • Litter picking and emptying litterbins to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Clearing car parks and using light machinery (leaf blowers, mulchers) as required.
  • Sweeping paths and cleaning building structures from dirt and cobwebs.
  • Changing signs and maintaining a high standard of presentation.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback in a helpful and prompt manner.
  • Assist in other departments as required and trained.
  • Manage stock room cleanliness and liaise with line manager and other departments regarding cleaning requirements and jobs.
  • Wear all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Manage stock levels for cleaning chemicals or PPE and undertake all training courses required for the job role.
  • Maintain in good condition all equipment, cleaning tools, and own uniform/PPE.
  • Participate in Farm Park 1-2-1 and group meetings as required.
  • Report maintenance issues using the fault reporting system.

We require a reliable individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Due to the rural location of Cotswold Farm Park, your own or reliable transport is essential.
