Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Guest Services Team as a Cleaner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and condition of all public areas at Cotswold Farm Park.

Key Responsibilities

Indoor Area Cleaning:

  • Clean and maintain all indoor areas, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
  • Empty litter bins and replace liners
  • Restock cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required

Outdoor Area Cleaning:

  • Clean and maintain all outdoor areas, including paths, car parks, and buildings
  • Remove litter and debris from outdoor areas
  • Operate light machinery, such as leaf blowers and mulchers
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
  • Report maintenance issues and assist with fault reporting
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and to follow company health and safety procedures.
