Clinical Leadership Role for Frail Elderly Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ward Manager to lead our 28-bedded frailty and complex care ward at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent leadership and management of ward-level care, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered with care, compassion, and kindness.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote continuous development in frailty care and clinical practice, encouraging innovation and proactive service development.
- Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team and medical clinical lead.
- Manage resources within agreed budgets, maintaining robust communication networks at all clinical and managerial levels.
- Registered Nurse with a degree in Nursing and ENB 998 or equivalent.
- Experience as a Band 6 grade, with previous experience as a shift/team leader and teaching students, HCAs, and qualified staff.
- Good time management skills, ability to write clearly and legibly in English, and competency in IV drug administration.
- Managerial and leadership ability, with knowledge of evidence-informed and research-based practice.
