As a Care Assistant with Kent Social Care Professionals Limited, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each client receives the tailored support they need to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
