Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.
- Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging customers to achieve their individual aspirations and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families to meet their unique needs.
- Personal care experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, prioritizing customer needs and safety.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota, as required.

As a Care Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to customers with varying needs. You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with a night enhancement of £1.50 per hour from 8pm to 7am and a weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
