Role Overview: As a vital member of the Medical Education Directorate administrative team, you will play a key role in the daily operations that support medical education initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Education Coordinator, Associate Director of Medical Education, and the Medical Education Service Manager, your efforts will enhance the educational experience for trainers, doctors in training, and undergraduate medical students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the onboarding and training of medical trainees.
  • Manage room allocations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and equipped.
  • Coordinate catering and equipment orders as necessary.
  • Demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess an SVQ in Office Administration or equivalent administrative experience. A proven ability to thrive in a diverse administrative role with specific duties is essential.

Skills Required: We seek a collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and strong organizational capabilities. You should be comfortable interacting with clinical staff and external stakeholders.

A solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary. We value a flexible approach, keen attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor, as these qualities will make you an integral part of our team.
