Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Location: Bradford
Work Schedule: 40 Hours (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: £35,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety measures
- Assist in Risk Assessments, Safety Inspections, and Compliance Audits
- Ensure cleanliness of workspaces and proper waste management
- Revise Work Instructions and apply lean methodologies
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters
- Oversee facility management and coordinate with external service providers
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new utilities
- Handle spare parts inventory and preventive maintenance notifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficient in computer applications
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
- Plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds certified)
- Basic construction skills, including stud wall assembly
