Job Title: Senior Category Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Category Manager to join our procurement team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering cost savings across our EMEA operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive commercial performance and improve supplier relationships
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in procurement or category management, with a strong track record of delivering cost savings and improving supplier relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures, with a focus on category management and supplier relationship management
