Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager to lead our Hardlines EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Food, Health & Beauty, Loyalty, and Promotions categories across EMEA, driving revenue growth and developing business strategies to achieve short, mid, and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive category growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead the relationship with assigned regional/multi-territory licensees, including negotiation and execution of licensing deals.
  • Manage the EMEA FHB/Promotions community through regular meetings, information sharing, and best-practice sharing.
  • Support local category teams with locally led, internationally operating licensees and prospective licensees.
  • Monitor launch plans and advertising commitments for licensees and track compliance with contract terms.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in category management, preferably in the FHB and/or Promotions industries.
  • Strong understanding of the European market and preferably other regions.
  • Excellent soft skills and team management experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly to EMEA markets for category and licensee meetings.
