Position Overview

As a Senior Gameplay Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and sustaining the frameworks that drive our online gaming projects. Collaborating closely with our design and engineering teams, you will ensure that our games leverage the full potential of Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of game systems for online environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance gameplay mechanics.
  • Maintain and optimize existing codebases for performance and scalability.
  • Engage in the design process, working closely with Game Designers.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years in game development.
  • Proficient in C++ programming.
  • Experience with large-scale codebases.
  • Expertise in developing features for networked multiplayer games.
  • Strong grasp of mathematical concepts applicable to game development.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine.
  • Experience in console game development.
  • Broad knowledge across various gameplay-related systems (e.g., AI, Animation, UI).
  • A genuine passion for video games as a creative medium.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-person collaboration two days a week.
