About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business sales into the PFW depot network, in line with commercial direction of the business plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and negotiations to prospective clients
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
