We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Ebury. As a key member of our Client Services division, you will be responsible for driving the success of our implemented Mass Payment client partnerships.

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will have a deep understanding of our payments platform and technical capabilities, as well as a strong analytical mind to identify commercial opportunities for growth.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Drive the operational and commercial success of client relationships, including analysis of payment data and trends to identify commercial opportunities
  • Work closely with commercial counterparts within the division to maximize awareness of opportunities and drive growth from an operational standpoint
  • Conduct regular reviews with operational client services counterparts on account performance to identify opportunities for operational or commercial improvements
  • Act as escalation point/main point of contact for handling and resolving escalated issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client management experience across FX or Fintech
  • Analytical mind with ability to dive deep into data, identify patterns, and generate insights for the benefit of our customers
  • Leadership and professionalism, including demonstrable line or team management experience in a client-facing setting
  • Commercial awareness, including self-starting approach to analyzing client trends and identifying commercial opportunities
