Role Responsibilities

Key Duties

In the role of Care Manager, you will oversee the development of tailored care packages that emphasize person-centered approaches and safeguarding measures. You will manage client care packages, contributing to budget forecasting and the achievement of financial KPIs. Regular interaction with clients and care staff will be essential to ensure that the quality of care meets established standards.
