Role ResponsibilitiesYour Duties
In the role of Care Manager, you will oversee the development of individualized care plans that emphasize person-centered care and a protective approach. You will manage client care packages, contributing to budget forecasting and financial performance indicators. Regular interaction with clients and their care teams will be essential to ensure that care quality meets established standards.
