We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary therapy team, you will work closely with our staff and pupils to provide a holistic and therapeutic approach to supporting individuals with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a dynamic and evidence-based approach to Occupational Therapy, ensuring the occupational and sensory needs of our pupils are met.
- Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments, develop and implement bespoke interventions, and prepare relevant documentation.
- Provide training and information to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create a supportive and inclusive environment for our pupils.
- Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons) or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including those with complex needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Substantial post-qualification experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in a special needs setting.
