Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL). As a Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on commercial or industrial heating and water systems
  • Be familiar with and able to work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
  • Have a good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
  • Be a Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating) and NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and people skills
