Technical Coordinator Opportunity

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to join their team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of the residential development team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical aspects of residential development projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with design, planning, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee the production of technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Liaise with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure technical specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to site teams, ensuring a clear understanding of designs and specifications.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • UK-based experience, ideally in residential construction or engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building regulations and residential project development.
  • Background in engineering (preferably structural).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Does not require sponsorship in the UK.
