About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team in a Children's Residential setting. As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in leading shifts, supporting front-line practitioners, and ensuring the well-being of the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading shifts and providing guidance to practitioners
  • Carrying out sleeping-in duties (additional allowance provided)
  • Implementing and reviewing risk assessments and management plans
  • Directly working with children and their families
  • Acting as a keyworker and participating in meetings and reviews
About You

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in children's residential care and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people. You will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), evidence of continued professional development, a full driving licence, and DBS clearance.
