Job Summary:
Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a highly skilled ASB Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As an ASB Officer, you will play a crucial role in tackling low and high-risk Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tackle high-risk ASB cases that are going to court, utilizing your expertise to ensure effective case management and resolution.
- Provide ASB prevention and enforcement services, working closely with local communities and stakeholders to address ASB concerns.
- Investigate complaints of ASB, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to build robust cases.
- Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to share best practices and develop effective strategies to reduce ASB.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, residents, and businesses to promote ASB prevention and awareness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ASB management, case work, and community engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
