The Role:
As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead a multi-talented team. You're in charge of all people and operations for your Wendy's restaurant. You and your team treat customers like family. Great food, great service, great everything is what keeps them coming back.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of managers and crew members.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to maximize their contributions and future promotability.
- Work with HR to manage employee concerns and ensure expedient and appropriate resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience of leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
- 3 years of line operations experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- 4 years of management experience.
- Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks, including all day parts and days of the week.
