About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Wendy's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of managers and crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor control, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to maximize their contributions and future promotability.
- Manage employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
