Internal Recruitment Administrator Coordinator

£24,674 per annum

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To handle and respond to application forms and vacancies throughout the region
  2. To advertise all vacancies on internal and external job boards and refresh regularly via our ATS System
  3. To respond to all new applications made via our ATS System
  4. To sift and forward CVs to Hiring Managers in line with the requirements of the role and job description
  5. To arrange and send out correspondence to candidates for interviews
  6. To liaise with Service Managers and employees to ensure the receipt of the correct Right to Work and DBS documentation within specified timescales
  7. To request and chase references verbally and via the ATS System
  8. To ensure full compliance of files for new starters prior to offering and confirming start dates
  9. To update and maintain a Resourcing tracker, reviewed daily
  10. To update Hiring Managers on the progress of all candidates throughout the onboarding stage on a regular basis
  11. To ensure that all services are issued with accurate, compliant pro-forma's
  12. To liaise with managers and employees regarding any Resourcing issues and resolve in a timely and efficient manner
  13. To communicate and escalate any issues or changes
  14. To participate in team meetings and undertake training as and when required
  15. To undertake any other administrative duties as appropriate to the post
  16. Responsible for own Health & Safety and ensure a safe working environment for colleagues
  17. To attend supervision meetings with your manager and participate in the organisation's staff appraisal system
  18. To attend Service Visits as and when required
  19. To maintain confidentiality at all times

About the Successful Candidate:

We are looking for candidates who are happy to pick up the phone and have clear and confident communication skills, a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, coupled with good typing skills and a keen eye for detail, while maintaining confidentiality.
