Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of our residential development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with our quality and safety standards
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with our company's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering residential development projects
  • Strong project management skills, including experience of developing and implementing project plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
