Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entrepreneurship Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to the planning and execution of our Panacea Stars entrepreneurship programs and events. You'll be collaborating closely with a range of partners, including delivery partners, speakers, startups, mentors, investors, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of various programs and events, such as workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking gatherings.
  • Learning and Adaptation: Stay curious and open to learning about new startup tools and methodologies to support our entrepreneurs effectively.
  • Relationship Support: Assist in building and nurturing relationships within the startup ecosystem, including with educational institutions, corporates, and startup competitions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within Panacea Stars, contributing to the sourcing of experts and mentors, and helping to ensure our events run smoothly.
  • Mentorship Support: Help manage the mentor network, ensuring they are connected with the right startups to provide valuable guidance.
  • Awareness Building: Participate in efforts to keep the team informed about relevant funding opportunities and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing details and keeping projects on track.
  • Communication: Good communication skills, comfortable with writing and speaking tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, willing to learn from others, and contribute positively to the group dynamic.
  • Adaptability: Openness to learning new things and adapting to changing environments and requirements.
  • Entry-Level Experience: While previous experience in event management or startups is a plus, it's not required. We're looking for someone eager to learn and grow.
  • Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and making a difference.
