Serious Injury - Newly Qualified - Legal Advisor - Hybrid

Role Summary

This is an exceptional chance to become part of an award-winning, innovative, and supportive legal practice that specializes in providing high-quality legal counsel for Personal Injury, Serious Injury, and Clinical Negligence cases.

As the firm expands its department, we are in search of a Serious Injury Legal Advisor. The ideal applicant will possess extensive experience, demonstrating a solid history of managing Serious Injury cases, including litigated multi-track matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to operate independently, handling a complex and varied caseload. They will oversee a challenging Serious Injury portfolio from initiation to resolution while also guiding a small team. Additionally, they will advance cases in accordance with organizational objectives.

The preferred candidate will be newly qualified to 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) and have a background in managing both pre and post-litigated claims (Multi-Track). Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

  • NQ - 2 years PQE Serious / Catastrophic Injury Legal Advisor
  • Experience managing a litigated caseload
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously
  • Strong legal acumen and leadership capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding client care abilities
  • Professional and effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders
