This position is suited for professionals with a background as an Early Years Teacher, Senior Educator, Room Leader, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Apprentice Educator, Nursery Educator, or Nursery Assistant.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience managing a room or team in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and methodologies
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Awareness of childcare regulations and legislation (e.g., Safeguarding)

- Oversee daily operations of a Nursery section, ensuring children's well-being and implementing a comprehensive curriculum

- Deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5

- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and ensure the nursery's cleanliness and organization

Compensation: £27,352.00-£35,547.20 per year
