We're on the hunt for a talented Skincare Advisor to join our dynamic team at Portmans Pharmacy, a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the heart of London's Barbican.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a warm smile and provide tailored advice on our extensive range of demo cosmetics and natural skincare products.
  • Demonstrate the art of makeup and skincare application, showcasing your knowledge of product ingredients, application methods, and prices.
  • Cross-sell complementary products, such as serums, body lotions, and hair care products, to enhance our customers' beauty routines.
  • Stay up-to-date on prices, special offers, and new product launches to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with medical advisors in the pharmacy department.
Requirements:
  • A customer service superstar with retail experience (a plus, but not essential).
  • In-depth knowledge of hair care and skin care products, including the ability to demonstrate and promote them on the spot.
  • A high school diploma, with additional education in Cosmetology or a relevant field being a plus.
