Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at ELBRUS PARTNERS. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and other senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's diary and schedule appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including email management, document preparation, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expenses for the CEO and other executives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for Board and SLT meetings.
  • Process expenses and track project budgets, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including personal support for the CEO.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
