A dynamic Quantity Surveying consultancy, led by approachable and rewarding Directors, is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to enhance their team.

Role Overview
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in supporting the quantity surveying team with both pre and post-contract services. Responsibilities will include:

  • Measuring and assessing project requirements
  • Assisting in the preparation of contract documentation
  • Conducting valuations and developing cost plans

The successful candidate will engage in various leisure and hospitality projects across the UK, which may require occasional travel.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS accredited qualification
  • Approximately 12 months of post-graduate experience in quantity surveying
  • A background in PQS or consultancy
  • A valid driving license and Brighton residency
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally
