Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our team at Enfield Council.

As a Social Worker Adults, you will be responsible for conducting reviews of current packages of care for existing LD service users, undertaking a caseload with significant complex issues, and developing innovative support plans that support community inclusion and demonstrate best value.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct reviews of current packages of care for existing LD service users
* Undertake a caseload with significant complex issues
* Develop innovative support plans that support community inclusion and demonstrate best value
* Participate in the duty rota system

Requirements

* Experienced social worker with at least 2 years in a Social Care office, specifically in a learning disabilities team, or 5 years in an adult social care team
* Extensive experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD) and their carers
* Committed to the team and capable of managing a complex caseload
* Familiar with working on a duty system and willing to be part of our duty rota
