Health Litigation Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Health Litigation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Health Litigation team, you will play a crucial role in advising healthcare professionals on ongoing claims and providing expert guidance on clinical negligence cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend court for Case Management Conferences and hearings
  • Hold conferences with Counsel
  • Develop and maintain strong client and internal relationships
  • Play an active role in the broader Health business group and the firm
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to colleagues
  • Confidence in advising healthcare professionals at all levels
