Regulatory Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team at Elida Beauty, a leading FMCG company. As a Regulatory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our products in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with third-party suppliers to ensure products meet consumer safety and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product R&D teams to ensure regulatory aspects are considered in innovation projects.
  • Provide technical support for handling regulatory issues raised by customers, consumers, or regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor and anticipate PR issues, consumer concerns, and environmental impacts to take proactive measures.
  • Approve pack copy and advertising claims for regulatory compliance.
  • Track material volumes and compliance to REACH regulations.
  • Oversee third-party compliance and safety assessment checks on products.
  • Maintain accurate records to demonstrate product portfolio compliance and safety.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an FMCG environment with expertise in regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to assess regulatory risks and opportunities and their impact on the portfolio.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.
