Position: Associate / Senior Associate Health Litigation (Clinical Negligence – 3+ PQE)

Location: Liverpool (Flexible – both office based or fully remote working considered)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend court for Case Management Conferences and hearings
  • Hold conferences with Counsel
  • Develop and maintain strong client and internal relationships ensuring compliance with both internal and external protocols
  • Play an active role in the broader Health business group and the firm, continually seeking ways to enhance processes and outcomes
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to colleagues, offering guidance through appropriate delegation and coaching
  • Confidence in advising healthcare professionals at all levels on ongoing claims both independently and as part of a collaborative team
