Are you looking to take your career to the next level in a top UK 100 accountancy firm? Our client, a leading ACCA Platinum Training Provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit and Accounting Senior to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and finalise statutory accounts for submission to Companies House and HMRC
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Update client files, checklists, records, and procedures
  • Conduct financial analyses, planning, and financial modelling
Audit and Accounting Expertise:
  • Work as part of an audit team or take responsibility for running the audit, working directly with clients under manager supervision
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and finalisation of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner review
  • Identify risk matters and discuss the impact with the audit manager and/or partner
  • Engage with senior client staff to gain a good understanding of their business and ensure efficient execution of the audit
  • Monitor the progress of the audit against pre-approved budgets
  • Supervise, coach, and develop junior members of the audit team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years PQE
  • Qualified ACA/ICAS or equivalent
  • Educated up to degree level or CTS
  • A member of ACCA or ICAEW
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Excel and modelling skills
  • Able to think broadly and demonstrate a high level of initiative
