Are you a skilled Paramedic looking to transition into a hybrid role that combines your medical expertise with a fresh challenge? We're seeking experienced Paramedics to join our team as Disability Assessors, working from the comfort of your home and a nearby office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments on behalf of the government, evaluating the needs of claimants and documenting your findings.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £38,500 to £41,500*, plus a 5% retention bonus, and the opportunity to increase it to a 10% quality & retention bonus. *OTE: £45,650 (with part-time options available).
  • Benefit from flexible work schedules, including hybrid arrangements and standard office hours, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Take advantage of 25 days of holiday leave, increasing with tenure, in addition to bank holidays, and a company-matched pension plan.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
  • Candidates must be registered with HCPC and possess at least one year of relevant experience.
