Eolas Medical is revolutionizing the way medical knowledge is accessed at the point of care. As a pioneering company, we're seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design to shape the design strategy and lead our design team.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned design leader who can drive the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to final design delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, from concept to execution, and expertise in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and webflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution across our product
  • Drive the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to final design delivery
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity across all touchpoints, including product, web, and marketing
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and impactful user experiences
  • Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking throughout the company
  • Conduct and utilize user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our products innovative and competitive
