Direct Medics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Middle Grade (MG) Doctor in Emergency Medicine to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an EM doctor looking to enhance their career in a supportive and high-paced environment.

As an MG in Emergency Medicine, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients in a busy emergency department. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage a wide variety of cases, ensuring timely and effective treatment. Your expertise will be essential in supervising junior staff and contributing to an environment of continuous learning and development.

Ad hoc pay rates - £53.00 per hour PAYE standard and enhanced rates £70.00 & £90.00 per hour PAYE

Requirements

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • Significant experience in Emergency Medicine (minimum 2-3 years at middle grade level)
  • Ability to lead a team and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with both patients and colleagues
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
