A leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their national team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain high-value capital equipment, including electro-mechanical and electronic systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the national team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in comprehensive product training and mentoring programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
- Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
- Flexible approach with determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
- Full UK driving licence.
