A leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their national team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain high-value medical imaging equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
- Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
- Flexible approach with determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
- Full UK driving licence.
