About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at The Aurora Group. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans for children with speech and language needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for children with special needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead and SENCo to ensure seamless delivery of therapy services.
Requirements
  • Registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
