We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Liaison Nurse to join our team at the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure patient safety

Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current registration
  • Post-registration experience in mental health nursing
  • Knowledge of counseling skills, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychosocial interventions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Comprehensive understanding of mental health legislation and policies
